It is organized by “Madurai Health and Leprosy Relief Centre” -(MAHELERECEN) non profit on 29th January 2016 at Madurai Thiruparankundram, (Madurai, India) block villages by the school children of “Thirumathi Indra Gandhi Ninaivu Primary School”.
